Meet Our Executive Director, Kristen Faulkner. Kristen has practiced vocational nursing since 2011 and has worked various roles within the health industry. Along with her passion for the elderly, her interests are organizing social events, participating in the band booster club, and volunteering at CASA for Kids of East Texas. She enjoys time with her husband and three kids. She is excited to be a part of the Azalea Trails family and looks forward to what the future holds.
